I am so so pleased with this hospital. My mother is ill, and I was going to get her transported to San Antonio since I was afraid of the quality of service in Brownsville. My sis-in-law suggested we give this hospital a try. WOW I am so impressed Rita and Antonio are SOOOOO AMAZING. I cannot thank them enough for how they treated my mother and myself. Whoever is in charge of the ER is doing amazing work, from the ER to the admission dept., the staff are amazing. I would like to thank Joyce, Dora, Nori, Maria, Velma, Rita…I just want to say from the bottom of my heart that this is by far the best hospital I had ever been in.

Excellent service. Nurses (and) doctors were all great; very attentive. They explained everything in detail. I had a follow-up call to see how I was doing and a call from the social service department to ask if I needed help with my co-pay.
