Hector Saucedo Crespo, MD

Biography

DHR Health Transplant Institute is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Hector Saucedo Crespo. Dr. Crespo specializes in kidney transplants and works closely with a dedicated transplant team to 
provide life-saving care. He carefully reviews patients’ and donors’ medical histories, conducts thorough compatibility research, and guides patients through every step of their transplant journey. Dr. 
Crespo is committed to ensuring patients fully understand the process and remains by their side before and after surgery, giving them the best chance at a healthy future.

Dr. Crespo earned his medical degree from la Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi in Mexico. He then completed his general surgery internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. 
Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in abdominal at the renowned Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. To further specialize in transplantation, he pursued a fellowship in pediatric and multi-visceral transplantation at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
