Observer

The Observer Program offers an informal, immersive shadowing experience, giving participants insight into DHR Health’s culture and multidisciplinary collaboration. Interested candidates are responsible for securing their own sponsor for participation.

As an observer, you’re provided with the opportunity to shadow alongside the designated healthcare professional during their day to day activities. This voluntary program does not allow for hands-on activities, nor does it constitute employment, provide academic credit, or count as medical training. DHR Health will not provide observers with a participation evaluation or a letter of recommendation.

**DHR Health Graduate Medical Education Residency Program Directors, Associate Program Directors and Core Faculty are not eligible to accept observers.
